Returns and cancellations

Non-returnable items

For reasons of hygiene, earrings for pierced ears are absolutely non returnable.
We are unable to extend our returns policy for individually commissioned pieces of jewellery.
For example:
I) Pieces made up in a variation of materials or colours to the piece on offer.
ii) Where a bangle, bracelet, ring or other has been specially made for you.
iii) Where necklace lengths are different to those offered.
iv) Personalised items with your name or special text on them.
However, in some circumstances and at the makers discretion, alterations may be possible but will incur extra costs.

Extended Christmas returns period

For purchases made from 15th November 2023, we will be extending our returns period. You must inform us by email to sales@lovedazzle.com by 5th January 2023 for a Returns Authorisation Number. Goods must then be returned within 7 days by 12th January for a full refund or exchange, excluding any postage charges or discounts. Your purchase must be unworn and received in perfect condition in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return your purchase fully insured through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or international equivalent as we cannot accept any responsibility for any returned items that are lost or stolen.

Upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the above, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required. The original cost of postage for sending the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

If an item arrives damaged, please inform us by email to the above address within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

If you wish to cancel your purchase

(i) You must notify us by email to sales@lovedazzle.com before we have dispatched the goods to you.
(ii) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the returns clause above.

Orders/commissions

Orders or commissions cannot be cancelled once payment has been made unless specifically by agreement with lovedazzle.com. Once an order has been started by the maker, it is unlikely that a cancellation will be possible. However, if you email us as soon as possible after placing the order at sales@lovedazzle.com, we shall check with the jeweller to see if a cancellation is possible.

Please note

Lovedazzle.com limited and Dazzle Exhibitions are two completely different companies – though they have a special relationship. Purchases made from one, cannot be returned or traded to or with the other. This applies, despite the fact that some similar pieces may be being sold both in the exhibitions and on this website.
